Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin on the palms have been peeling for the last few days. This has increased and spread quite a lot. Any suggestions?

Am staying in PG since a week ...after 2 days of joining PG Red blisters of allergy has started suddenly and after sometime it got spread all over my body including face, hands and legs and abdomen It's itching tooo ...I took citrazine slowly all the allergy got disappeared After a day when the power of tablet got decreased the allergy as started again I need a permanent solution to this and the reason for it..help me. I have many symptoms 2 years. Legs aching burning pain and like . Stomach fullness. Hsv 1 igg positive hsv 1 igm negative ..hsv 2 igg negative. Hsv 2 igm negative in blood test for herpes diagnosed ..visual symptoms found in body like herpes allergy, bumps, etc. Please suggest what is this problem.plz help me mam/ sir ...My hiv report after 15 month non reactive..Can Hsv turn into hiv in future..i am very depresed... Treatment is required ot not plz tell me...

Actually i used No Scars cream but after 2-3 days of application under eye ,my skin tone became uneven.Also redness and red pigments are visible.I have stopped  use of the cream after these symptoms.I just want to know that what should i do now to fix this problem.

I get a lot of sweat only on my palm and feet. To such that extent that I have to dry my hands while writing. I've had this since childhood. In summers, it worsens. Not much problem during winters. Also, the sweating gets increased when I'm stressed. Can you please suggest some medications or lotions? Also, is it possible to get rid of this permanently?

I've had this acne on my forehead from 5 to 6 months it's not clearing up and I'm also worried that it might leave scars, I feel itching on my forehead at times too I'm attaching pictures so you can see it.. I'm very worried now
