I had applied garlic on boils caused due to heat on face due to which suffered with skin infection which caused black spots on face. This spots are not reducing its been 10 days now l consulted doctor for that they prescribed me with Melapik-hq cream which is to be applied 2 times once in day and then at night. Also asked me to apply ekran silicon sunscream 3 times a day. I am also asked to apply advan-thf cream at night for 2 hour after washing that melapik-hq cream over night I am worried about this black spot can all this process help me to get rid of this spots

How much time does pigmentation take to go away from face ?Will it get lighten aur completely removed ? I am applying cream melapik-hq,ekran sunscream, Advan-thf for its treatment. I want to get rid of this dark spots completely. Will it go ??

Had fungal infection at neck around 6 months back, consulted doctor, took ketoconazole tabs + ebast 20 , 1 each per day, it vanished at that time. It reappeared after 2 months, I took same tabs from chemist and it appears to be cured.
