Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi! I am 24 and can see that the density and growth of my hair has reduced drastically at such a young age. Hair fall is not a lot but growth is scanty. My mother has taken treatment for the same from Batras before but she was also a hepatitis patient so it has not helped her much. My father has the same balding issue. This is depressing me and lowers my self esteem. My profession is a stressful one (architect and designer) and this makes it harder for me to cope with other areas of my life too. I can see my scalp through my hair and I am on the lookout for a permanent solution to the problem. Any guidance would be highly appreciated! Thank You!

I am facing air loss from last 3 month , I checked with dermatology he gave me minoxidil 5% , I used minoxidil  for a week , and now my hair fall is increased ,my hair are falling in clumps. It's scary .now I stopped using minoxidil , will it give me any problem ? Does it possible after certain weeks this side effects gets reduced automatically? And my hair fall will reduce.

A year before, I had this minor head trauma which resulted in a tiny bump with little bleeding.. Now, the bump has become pretty big and noticeable.. I am afraid what it could be?

Mostly on hands in between fingers follicles and wrist area,After itching rashes disappears. Some times on thighs also.

I have small pimples like allergy on hands and legs. They are itchy and spreading fastly.. small red dots are appearing on palms early morning. These dots are like spikes and itchy too.. i have used hhmite cream for 2 weeks once in a week  and teczine 5mg tablet 1 per day for 10 days... all was fine for 15 days and started again .. can you please advise medication and cause for this allergy. I have baan facing dandruff for so may many years now but since these three years there hadn't been a time where I was without dandruff , it had been consistently present. It becomes severe when the season changes everytime. It has made my hair dry and scalp oily. I have tried almost all the shampoos and home remedies to get rid of it but all in vain.
