Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hey you all my baby girl is just completed her 2month,I haven't used any cream,soap,lotion, shampoo till now. So m planning to start it now but confused with brands and products,could you please help me with this.

My butt has got many small acnes. The skin is also dry, rough and bumpy. There are also black spots on my butt. I want to have a clean and acne free butt.

How to heal the foot cracks?? I'm wearing socks.applying bio line cream 3times a day. any further foot care medication that can be taken to completely heal the foot cracks? How long it takes to complete get rid of foot cracks?

Prolonged bacterial anti fungal infection.. Had a lot antibiotics and anti fungal medicines from last 2.5 months.. A red lump with small pus point occurs again and again.. Am using Eczrid forte but have lot burning sensation and itching on it. Is it ok to continue this for this infection/lump or stop it completely? At last I am on ointment based medication.. Candid, Fusidic Acid Innodic and Eczrid forte . I got releif a day back after using candid and Fusidic Acid daily ..but my doctor has recommended Eczrid forte yesterday and it's creating a lot trouble now. Don't know what to do...
