Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since two-three week i have too much dandruff. I washed hair many times with good shampoos. Also i feel pain and itching in scalp. Should i trim all my hair and apply any medicine. May be any infection or something?

These days my hair is falling a lot than usual. I really need help. Please suggest me good medicine and hair oil which can help me out.

Since 2 months small black dots coming on face, and iam using DPwhite cream, and it is not much effective please suggest some tablets to stop that dots...

I think I have pressure Urticaria as when I put any pressure in any body part (specially hands and back), the skin in that area becomes red, it swells at times and sometimes small hives appear. They disappear in a little bit but they itch a lot. Because of which I have been taking teczine every alternate day. Is there a permanent solution to this problem? Also can taking teczine or any anti food allergy tablets for long term cause any issues? I must mention that in the last 8 years I have been facing other skin issues such as hair loss, dandruff, hair follicle boil on thighs etc.

I suffering from severe hair loss from 3years and feeling very week , dr prescribed keraglo men medicine.im using it for a week now ,Im getting better results . recently i did blood tests. It indicates some deficiencies like b1,b9, d3 (14.12 ng/ml) , iron (53 μg/dl),total cholesterol (204 mg/dl), ferritin (42.7ng/ml), lipase (58.7U/L) , fructosamine (307μmol/L) , LIPOPROTEIN (A) [LP(A)] ( 40 mg/dl), BERYLLIUM (0.04 μg/l), LYMPHOCYTE PERCENTAGE (42%), MONOCYTES - ABSOLUTE COUNT (0.13 X 103 / μL), TOTAL RBC ( (5.85 X 10^6/μL), MEAN CORP.HEMO.CONC(MCHC) (29.8 g/dL), FASTING BLOOD SUGAR (106 mg/dL), ALBUMIN - SERUM (4.9 gm/dl). My question is can i take high dosage of vitamin supplements vitamin d3 (5000iu) ,iron( 17 mg), biotin(1000iu) , keraglo men , vitamin c(1000mg),vitamin b complex for 2-3 months to get on healthy track. Will it cause any health problem while taking these supplements at a time and how long it should be used?? Please guide me to take these supplements

I had my tattoo made 4 years ago and it's black in colour with 4-5 letters its light and not much darker....I want to remove it. What will be procedure...in how many sitting it will be done and what will be the cost of the procedure...Will there be any side effects of not. And what is the chance of 100% removal
