Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, 28 old, not on any medication and feeling healthy but I don't have a full beard. I have hairs on chin and moustache but not cheeks and no family history either that has this issue, can someone help?

I have a lot of ingrown hair which I didn't before a year or so. I think I got an allergic reaction to waxing. I don't know what to do about them as I have a lot of black spots all over my arm and legs because of them. Also is there anything I can do about my body hair as they grow really fast, like two or three days after waxing, and they also grow really hard and cactus like.

Hi , I have undergone treatment to control Dandruff and Hairfall by using Ointment and Nokruf and sebowash shampoo fo 1 week. Later used 8X shampoo for 4 weeks. Now there is no Dandruff and less Hairfall. I would like to know how should I continue my hair healthy without Dandruff and Hairfall and which shampoo is suggested for regular use. Please advice. Hi Earlier I was in Bangalore and recently I shifted to a coastal region udupi, where sunlight is more and skin gets tanned very quickly... As I My face gets sweat always suncrean also don't stay in the skin for long time. I became darker in just 3 days... I had oily skin tone and my skin became more oily after coming here and I gets more sweat thought the day. Please suggest how to do skin in such areas.

I am having white dry rash from last 1 year at least. First it appeared on side of index finger on right hand. Now from last 2 months it is on dorsum of ring and middle finger at centre of right hand. It is not itching, paining, burning and not present elsewhere. It is growing in size slowly. Flutivate cream 10 gm A 15 days course. Will it curable with this medications? Or I have to change my soap or anything. Is this due to any specific allergens ? Plz guide me regarding this.
