Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, Hope you are doing well. I am facing one issue that is my hair are not growth is stopped. I am having thin hair from my birth but now it falling to much, I am having somewhat bald at front of my head. I have taken a Blood test report also in that I was having less vitamin d and b12. Even I have started taking multi vitamin tablets by nutrilite. But it is not effect any thing. I also have whites patches near my back side of neck, and it is almost got spread to my back. One more thing, past one month, I got my period on time, but before that, I was also getting delayed in my period that is for 10 days. I am not able get why it is happening. Actually I am leaving in very rural area so cannot able to find a good doctor. Please help me with this. And suggest me something that will help.

I have acne an doctor suggested me to use tretinion 0.05% I m combination skin but I have allergic reaction to certain products ..I don't know how to use this cream .an how to protect my skin afterwards. I don't knw wat moisturizer an sun screen to use .

Is chemical peeling safe option to treat dark spots which occurred due to garlic reaction on face? How many setting are recommended for treating dark spot? Gap between each peeling should be? My doctor suggested 15 days gap between each peeling, is it okay?
