Sir, I have fatty liver grade 3 due to obesity. I have severe psoriasis now and I'm on cyclosporine since methotrexate is contraindicated. Doc has suggested biologic but I'm not financially fit . Another doc suggested acitretin. Is that a safe drug in fatty liver grade 3 patients for severe psoriasis ?
