Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Respected sir I have atopic dermatitis around my lips so my dermatologist has given me Ceratop moisturizing cream now what happens is the day when I don't apply the moisturizing cream my eczema flares up a lot, therefore it increases a lot. So i think Ceratop is increasing my eczema around lips.

For bottom of the feet too much dryness and flaky skin. It there for more then 5 years.  Does not itch or scratch.  It has been the same over the years.  Not exceeded. earlier it has been only on right feet. Now seen slightly on left as well. It's no where else on the body except the bottom of the feet. Tried oil,  vaseline, panderm and other skin allergic, bacterial and fungal creams but in vain.Picture as below. Please advise.

Hi i am 23 year old married woman mother of a child. Since 4 years i am suffering from i dont know what. My tounge has white patch,which hurt when i have some spicy food otherwish dont bother me much. I went to 3 dermos and one of them said it is lichen planus gave m medicine fr 3 months.didnt work! I will attach his prescription. Another two dermos said it is fungus and they prescribed some medicines i had them too for 6 months. But nothing changed after having several medicnes nothing wrked fr me. I will attach medicines pictures which they gave me fr fungus. I will attach my tounge pictures too. If u can help me. From two months I m getting so many pimples on my face...and Marks of pimples..pls tell me what to do

I underwent Co2 laser, single session at a reputed clinic and the procedure was done in less than 5 minutes. Is it possible for it to be done in such a short time? Been one month now and I don't notice any changes other than slight improvement in skin tone.
