Hello doctor. My hair are turning grey/ white for this past 5 years. I am 15 years old now At the age of 10 some Started turning grey Please Help

I have been facing the pigment problem from several years Is it possible to make the skin fair by applying sunscreen lotion regularly or else sunscreen is only to avoid tanning? Does sunscreen reduce dark spots and makes the skin fair? Please give me your valuable answers

A sudden lip boil/sore emerged on the left side of my mouth out of nowhere. Had one since a long time but it never faded away. Now got another one few days ago. It doesn't hurt nor has any impact. But it bugs me that I have these two boils now. Can anyone guide me what it is and how to manage it
