Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have doubt regarding "Acanthasis nigricans" and pigmentation,Is that both conditions are same? I have pigment on cheeks and forehead,is that called pigment or nigricans? My body is white in color except forehead and cheeks I underwent for peeling too,but no use,How to get rid off that patched thick pigment on forehead and cheeks What are the best medications and procedure to control the pigment on face and makes my skin fair please give me your valuable answers

Hi.. I have sebo dermatitis on my scalp and dry flakes behind ears on side of nose and dryness on my face... I was advised by doctor to apply Eberconazole cream all over the face it's because I have  redness near the nose.. And part of the face is fair and one side it's brown and red. Can this cream treat even uneven skin tone.. Please suggest
