Looks like eczema

Hi , my son is 2 years and 9 months. I have noticed some white rashes around his waist and buttocks area. Not sure what is it. Could you please explain what kind of allergy or rash is it and also if any medication or treatment is needed for same. Attaching photos for refference. Thank you in advance.

This looks like fungal infection or eczema you can show to Paedtrician or skin specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment
