Eczema since 9 months
I started getting discoid eczema at 2 spots in may last year for that i showed to a dermat, he gave me oral steroids and ointment , and it healed after that but so many other spots came on my skin on hands arms and legs.... for that i showed to another doctor, he have me antibiotics for 3-4 months and steroid ointment.... but same thing happened after 3-4 months again eczema came back in same spots and later in January i was eating steroids due to some other issue prescribed by some other doctor, but during that time my eczema was controlled, but same thing happened again. Now i was using steroid ointment 2 times a week.... but i have read so many bad things about steroid ointments.... and the fix is temporary as again and again it keeps on coming back. I dont want to eat or apply steroids forever. Please help.
