Use an alpha bed or water bed. Change patient position 2nd hourly. Wash and clean the wound and do dressing twice a day with any antibiotic ointment . Take high protein diet. The primary disease has to be fully treated which caused the patient to be bed ridden. Control sugar if the patient is is diabetic. Consult a Plastic surgeon for management.
