you can apply T-Bact ointment as many organisms are now resistant to framecytin (which is the active component in soframycin). Also along with this make sure that pressure is appointed over the bed so area and there is change of position regularly. Also get the area properly examined by a qualified dermatologist to assess whether oral antibiotics are also needed. Hope this is helpful.
