Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having skin irritation, swells sometimes , and the swelling gets fixed automatically but marks remains...its in legs and hands mainly.

Suffering from ringworm from 3 months.Applying ring guard but still not healing.What to do for recovery?

I have been taking medicines for many years now and in between for my ITP, i was advised to take wysolone 60 mg, starting dose and taken various medicines like Revolade 50 mg and 25 mg, Dapsone 150 and 100 mg, for my ITP. For my Epilepsy, I usually take Keppra 500-1000 mg right now. Currently, for my epilepsy I am on the same dose as above and I have taking Homeopathic medicine for my ITP. I have not consumed any other medicine. This has led various acne on my face and scars that are painful and rashes on my thighs. Acne gave been there for a long time and never seem to go. I have a low platelet count and as of now it is 11,000 but I have no bleeding or any other physical problem. I have been normal for a long time.

Which one is better for acne prone dry sensitive skin. Faceclin gel or cipla foracne gel for my acnes?

I'm suffering from split ends problem from years. I have dry damaged hair. Tried many doctors also. Hair breaks and doesn't grow long from many years. After delivery I have lost hair volume also. Please help

I have had this blister like thing on my arm (pic attached). It started around a hair follicle and has grown to this size. Once it bled a bit when I accidentally scratched it. Other than that I have not had any pain or itching in that area. What is it exactly and should I do something about it
