Hi, It's been nearly 18months that I delivered a baby via c-sec. Lately I have seen that my skin type has widely changed. I had partial oily skin with hardly any acnes earlier but now my skin has turned to be very dry around cheeks & forehead and oily just in the T zone & also I get a lot of acne all over my face, sometimes on underarms and buttocks too. They are very very painful and once dried returns back after few days though. Am not breastfeeding currently and I eat junk and oily food in moderation. Just wanted to know a face wash & medication to stop it's growth from within?

It can be cleared...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
