I am loosing lot of and getting dandruff please suggest to get rid of dandruff with out any side effects

Hello doctor, iam suffering from acne and pimples on my butt are iam in so much pain help me sir it is filled with puss and blood when it pops lot of pus and blood comes from it.

I have fungal infection in my lower body. It is spreading rapidly on my thighs i have tried many remidies Consult with doctor take injection medicine apply cream oil etc. But nothing help in getting rid from this So,Please me

From the time lockdown started I completely stopped going outside and not getting exposed to sunlight. From last year March I shaved my head repeatedly to get rid of dandruff however it failed and later I started using Pantene shampoo that also failed. I've got like snow flake on my hair sometimes it's really irritating and itching. So could recommend a best solution to get rid of dandruff and stop hair fall.
