Hi doctor This happened around 5 to 6 years ago. I had hit my foot to the edge of the wooden box when I was in hurry initially it was just like black thin line on nail but now the nail is almost turned black (ref picture ) what does it mean and how to get a new nail... Please help me with this

What causes a random shape hair like this? It is neither straight nor curly. I used to hair a lot of these when I was in school and now it's reduced but just curious if there is something I can do to prevent this

I had pimples on my head 6 month ago. Now they seems to becoming permanent. Wanted to get rid of those. Similarly pimple is there one on my neck and one on my knee and they also are note going away.
