Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Skin on my neck and hand folds getting thick and dark. I have hypo thyroidism but never faced this issue before. How to get rid of this asap. Are there any clinical procedures available that are effective.

31 march 2021: itching on hand and legs and flat red spot appered under skin on legs and hand. 1 april 2021 : fatique and fever , detected with covid 19. Post covid still i am experincing these red spot. In 15 days they will disapper and new red  spots are coming. In cycle of 15 days first and last 3 days are itchy. Last year april 2020 i am having same kind of red spot on legs and hand for few months. Kindly quide me for reasons and medicine for these red spots
