Itching,irritating scalp on my head( Back side) with dandruff.if i touch i feel like there is also a pimple

From yesterday onwards I have fever around 99-100. I have taken Allegra 120 , parasafe for fever.kindly suggest whether I have to undergo covid test since fever is there for two days.

I have severe case of head lice from the past few months i am using mediker anti lice shampoo to get rid of lice it previously worked but because i cant handle even a little pain i am not able to get rid of nits using nit comb so it increased and the pain increased, i itch my head so much that it bleeds and causes scabs so sometimes when i take shower my head feels like it burning to due to scabs or broken skin i suppose and i feel pain in my head also when i sleep because of scans and broken skin due to itching.so now due to scabs i cannot brush the lice out well and it is painfull. My son is 1 year old few days back his foot got bleed. The online doctor diagnosed it as pyogenic granuloma and has told that it needs cauterisation. Since he is only 1 year old and the current pandemic situation it is impossible to undergo medical treatment. Used fusiwal ointment it got reduced but again it is developing.
