Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor I am Ashwini, and 29yrs of age. I have facial hair on my rear end of cheeks, and few acne that had given me scar. And it's been few months that my skin started looking dull and rough. It used to have a natural shine till few months back. I do not use any chemical products on my face. Generally leave it free day and night Similar I have hair lose ans easy breaking hair. Please help.

There is a lots and lots of hairfall I'm not able to control it and dandruff as well please help me out I don't wanna become bald

I was diagnosed autoimmune hepatitis last yr in may 2020 On immunosuppression since then Currently on prednisolone 5mg OD ... Azathioprine 50mg Bd ... Udiliv 300 mg Bd On hair density is markedly reduced specially in vertex area...... No as such hairfall Apart from this i sometime get acne Do i need to take any treatment for alopecia?? Is this reversible???

4+ month ago my toenail ingrown removed but again now Almost 50-60% portion nail grow back tips side note grow yet but my toenail side skin hurting and it become reddish when i press hard it hurt. So again i need toenail surgery after its still not grow yet . It side skin is red or hurt little compare to before surgery. Or medicine or normal cleaning work. Please i need suggestion
