Hi... Suddenly i started developing small and and tiny warts on my neck.. Please suggest some natural remedies to remove it

Light dark colored patch on chest. Above the rib cage skin, under the breast. No itching. May be due to sweating. Left hand side only. Its like a circle of 2 inch diameter. Half in body, and half in breast.

Yesterday evening I accidentally submerged my top of the head on boiling water. I was in extreme pain and irritation. My daughter ran running tap water for 14-15mins on my burned scalp. Then she applied honey on the affected scalp. Yesterday itself the affected scalp area was red. Today noon my son identified blisters on the scalp. Is it a serious problem? Can I apply silverex on my scalp? I was diagnosed with TB Meningitis in 2019 and got cured completely in the same year. Will this burn cause problems related to Meningitis again? I am using mamaearth shampoo and conditioner. I tried many things but my dandruff is not going. The only thing my dandruff is disappear for 2 3 days is when I applied curd on my hair. Could you please tell me a better safe way to reduce or kill my dandruff. THANKYOU

I have been dealing with psoriasis and was using Ayurveda medication for that. Now, psoriasis is pretty much under control but the scars that left behind were still there and there is no good medicine to clear the marks in Ayurveda. Can you suggest any good ointment or medicines to remove the marks?

I have developed some black spots on my left leg slowly over time. First it itches and then it turns into a black spot. I have developed around 3-4 spots like this in a timespan of around 2 years. At first i think it has stopped but it again happens at other area.

So I was diagnosed with telogen effluvium. My hairfall has reduced . I am using a procapil , baicapil and anagain based serum . However that's causing my SD to flare really bad. I really want to stop the serum because on what ever area I use it it inflames my scalp . Will stopping it cause shedding?
