I have few open pores on my skin it's oily at nose and cheeks , it's has black and white heads on it and all these things made skin dull I want to make it clear please suggest.

Hi I'm 26/F, unmarried. I recently developed lot of acne all around my face. Left, right cheeks, chin and forehead. By home remedies it reduced little but again and again it keeps coming. Acne scars are also there. Can you pls guide me. It's not very much aggressive. All are small acne but I have 7-8 in one area. My diet is balanced. I have coffee alone 1 or 2 cups in a day max. I have chicken once or twice a week. Rest mostly home made foods. Can you pls suggest me ointment or other medication for this.
