C section scar
My wife has a c section on 20 Dec 2020 but her scar is not healing, and sometimes it's itching and sometimes it's pain and strech and the area is getting darker day by day pls suggest me good cream.

It's a Hypertrophic Scar and it won't go. There isn't a permanent solution but it can be reduced in intensity and size with procedures like lasers and injections.
Consult ur Dermatologist to get the scar reduced
