Since yesterday..their is pus point under my right thumb nail..it is painful..i am recovered from covid -19..I got positive 17 th april..now no symptoms..plz help..

After using Minoxidil for 1year, if body shows tolerance towards it and Minoxidil doesn't give any further benefits then what? Do we need to stop using it?
