Acne marks /pimples
I have acne problem since I was 17 in the 2 month I do lots of things Drink  lots of water Do workout Use mamaearth skin care products too Use alovera for over one month But nothing works.... Now I have more pimples two or three pimples breakout on daily basis I have oily skin and open pores too... Plz someone siggest me what I can do to get rid of my pimples

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne and pimples are caused due to hormonal imbalance, hormonal imbalance can caused due to lots of reasons, it could be due to lifestyle or genetics or anything else as well , just applying topical medicine won’t work for long term, we need to understand the cause and treat it accordingly.
