Many small pimples on the one side
Hi. I've been noticing small pimples only on one side of the face for the last 4-5 days. They're increasing in numbers slowly. My water intake is also good. Is it by any chance because of consuming mangoes? Picture attached.

It could be coz of the climate associated or even hormonal. Unilateral acne is common and need not be on both sides of the face. Mangoes shouldn't b a cause unless ur know to develop acne per se coz of mangoes. Visit ur Dermatologist to get ur skin examined before starting any medication.
Health Tips
avoid reverse shaving, have more of greens in ur diet
