Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Do you think its a std or sti. These are present since a year or more. Is these are indication of herpes, gonorrhea or anything. I consulted one doctor He told me its herpes then i consulted another dermatologist he said its Fordyce spots.tell me I'm attaching a photograph. There is some itching in the scortum and i think its because of hair. Please help me

From last 1 month she is facing this problem. Spots (pitti) comes and goes with change of temperature and severe in night. Severe itching is there on the spots. She is diabitic from last 15yrs.

I have a lip condition which a doctor told me is cheilitis. I saw numerous doctors since February 2020 and haven't received any medication that helped me so far. Some even sent me back home saying just apply vaseline. I have taken herpes medication because two doctors diagnosed it incorrectly. After that I took Levocet, Diprovate plus cream, Limcee tablet. Then I took momate f cream, ascazin tablet, minoz er 65. All these medicines did not help me at all. I cannot use any lip balm without getting my condition worse. I am out of options and at this point of time I am not even sure what is causing this and what could be the cure. If anyone could give me advice or any leads on this it would be really helpful.
