I am a tb patient and I am using medicine from 3months to now and I should still use them for 3 months I am getting black spots on my neck and on my shoulder and beside the breast area from last 1and half month it is not itchy

Hi Could be lichenoid drug reaction due to anti tubercular drugs. Please share pictures of making a definite diagnosis.
