Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

The event is in 10 days from now. I was looking for cleanups and treatment names (mostly for the face) that can be done in said time without any adverse reactions. Skin type is normal, with large open pores and pigmentation. And if there are at home products with active ingredients that can be used.

Actually,my skin was dry,so what I did was,I peeled dry skin,near tip of toe,and now it's looking red and also kind of dry,I don't know what to do,there is NO Itching and all..I just get pain when I hit something,what can I do for this?? I have attached pic of it

All it started was 2 days back.It was when i went for diagnosing my virals over my fingers and face area.They immediately prescribed to inject a intralesional injection mmr.After that he prescribed to buy a tab named "ascazin".I bought that tab in the same day's evening but couldn't start the dose, instead started after that day.Finally in the morning when I took the ascazin tab once, I began to feel sudden breathlessness in the evening itself.That evening was yesterday's evening.Since yesterday's evening, I started to feel drowsiness and light headness along with shortness of breath.To my surprise, I didn't have any sort of major or mild fever or even cold, cough etc. Plz doctor help me with this as I can't keep it any longer.I may have a weak immune system.
