Skin bleaching has been associated with a number of adverse health effects. Exogenous ochronosis is a skin disorder that causes blue-black pigmentation that can occur post bleaching. Use of skin bleaching products can also cause contact dermatitis. Itching, burning and tenderness can all be associated. Preferably consult with a Dermatologist for the same. Corroborate with pictures. Can be improved with cream and peels depending on the skin tone and type.
