Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having pimple on my buttock and not able to sit properly.Kindly suggest some medication to cure this skin problem.

I am currently using Sebowash shampoo and my hair is getting rough. Can I use any serum to make it smooth? Is it advisable to use hair serum and conditioner for smoothing of hair while using sebowash shampoo? Also, am using Mintop Eva solution. Attaching prescription.

Dear Sir/ Madam. After being 18 days of my home Isolation, day by day I'm improving. But yet there are some post covid syndromes can be recognizable. For example hot flush, physical weakness, anxiety and stress, even sometimes panic attacks at night .
