Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have small bumps with light black colour on outer labia of vagin parts. Water fluids leaks from that bumps. Its doesn't smell oudour but have some itching. And its also gets dark patches over there . Due to that area part, itching all the time. What should I do now? Please help me !
