Hi dr I have itching in upper butt crack I checked in mirror It's looking reddish And it's itchy and sweaty Is it because of excessive sitting

I have red bloody spots on my feet legs and hips and arms.i visited my doctors.some called it purpura desease. One said this is Leuckocytoclastic. Due to this desease I can't walk more , I can't stand in kitchen. Because red spots appear on feHello I am fet and legs. When I eat some warm food egg fish tea . Infact warm water. Or any medicine. Then red spots appear on belly and arms also. I am taking depsone. I took it more than 6 months. But still my desease is same. Depsone make my periods irregular.so now I started taking intimittent depsone. Not taking it daily. My red spots appear and in 2 days getting brown. But third day again new spot appear. I have severe sebo dermatitis on my scalp, face, nose and behind my ears. I get flakes itching and dryness all over my face.
