Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Recently i have noticed i am getting recurrent wound infection. Even if it is small cut by knife or anything. But i am getting this type of cut infection everytime. Once it got so severe that I had to go to surgeon so that he cut the area and remove puss. It is not healing fast. Earlier it never happened. But now this is happening every time. Is there any deficiency or anything else?

I am getting red rashes on my legs and hands for the past two days. And they are itching a lot. I had not eaten anything different so not sure what caused it. How should I treat it?
