Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

As prescribed by doctor am using this facewash from a week and it irritates my skin and gave me red patches. After the first consultation the doctor is not replying my query.

I lost hair on the top of my head and now slowly started loosing hair at the front which became visible.. also hair thinning.. Is there any treatment with medicine apart from PRP and HT?

I use caliper for walking. Used to get occasional infection but treated with over the counter tropical creams. This time it's not healing and spreading over from thigh to ankle.

Hello doctor, My younger brother has some infection on his stomach and it kept growing , he had been using some antifungal shampoo and creams as prescribed by a family doctor, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
