Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have these since 20 days I showed here to doctor he prescribed 'Siloderm' I have been using it for 10 days but no difference It is present on bilateral side it started with small rash now it is big and pungent smell is also there

I don't use face wash at all as it tends to dry my skin.However due to this reason I could see me getting acne all over my face and my skin looking dull.Can you please a no drying affordable face wash for daily use.Thank you

It's been years since I have been having this kinda skin around my groin area. It became like that because I had suffered from rashes and ringworm and probably it was a cause of some side effects of certain medicines that I took to cure it but instead it worsened my ringworms by making my skin like that. Luckily, Ain't having problem with ringworms, but it hasn't been cured that on its own. When I grab that part of skin, It feels as if I can feel inner contents of skin, if that makes sense.

Need help with cracked toe and ankles and dry feet . Have tried using Krack cream but no relief . Also I am last month of pregrancy .

I have a issue on my head, as somwhere in my head some infection growth are happening regularly from last two to three years in form of small patches like wart, I didn't feel any itching on the spot but it's spreading from one place to another, at the moment its occurred in 3 place on my head from last 3 year and hopefully it will grow in coming time. Ma'am, For me,the hair growth has been started on the chin,under the chin and beside cheeks.  I got pimples and black marks on hands,chest and face. My head backside is paining I feel like I'm fainting,some times I cannot understand what is happening with that head pain. can you please guide me?

I am mbbs graduate I was diagnosed as autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) last yr Since then i am on immunosuppressants Prednisolone 5mg od Azathioprine 50mg bd Udiliv 300mg Its kind of steroid dependent AIH Tried to stop prednisolone but LFT raised In last 2-3 months my hair density has been significantly reduced in frontal bone area And also in vertex area But mehndi in frontal bone area Rest of the scalp have normal hair density Diagnosis for my hair loss and its treatment Is it reversible Due to immunosuppression I am staying at home and I am also not vaccinated kindly help

Hi Sir/Mam, Recently I have consulted with a Dermatologist here in Practo because nod Acme problem. I was suggested medicine regarding the same Faceclin Gel, Apgel Gel and Ebisoft Cleansing Lotion. After using it for 8/9 days my skin has become more rough and I have getting more pimples. Could you please suggest if it is normal in the starting or I should change my medication?
