Acne black spots
Its been more then 7 years , my acne black spots are not going they are very dark. My skin is very sensitive , whenever any acne occurs it always leave black spot and never fades. Also when i go to sunlight even for 30mints hypepigmentation occurs. My face skin tone is also uneven.Please guide me , my confidence is lost.

U have active acne and occasionally active acne can resolve with pigmentation or scarring. In ur case it's pigmentation. U cannot and shouldn treat the pigmentation when u have active acne preferably. Consult a Dermatologist to get ur acne under control and then u can start the medication for the pigmentation. It's totally controllable but takes time.
