I shifted to Bangalore in April and have been experiencing extreme hairfall since then, installed water softener also but still hair fall hasn't stopped.

I have little bumps all over my face...and red acne...i went to so many doctors...but as long as i continue medicines it is allright but after that it again appears...

I am female 34, there is a black bump without a head that has come up on my face, attaching pics ..please guide

Are these fordyce spots? they jave been there since 2-3 years. there is no pain, no irritation, no itching. they are only on the upper lips and almost symmetrical on both upper lips

There was too much itching in genital region and two weeks before I noticed a red cut with pain on genital region. I thought that it may be due to excessive itching therefore I applied boroline, which to an extent gave ome relief. But now the red itchy part is visible again and now I'm clueless about what it could possibly be. Below is the picture that how it is looking like.
