Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Son is 17 yrs old. We notice that in the front part of his hair there is a lot of loss and thinning. Also the other part of the head there is visible thinning in the past 6 months. We give him seacod daily, he has good nutrition with dry fruits, eggs etc in addition to normal vegetarian food. He does coconut oil application to his hair once a week. He sleeps about 8 hrs daily. From 1 year he is having online class hence not going outside. Please recommend a treatment for him. Should we do some blood tests? Thanks

In both the hands only in topmost part of all the fingers skin is coming out only in the top part of the fingera

From the last few months my face, neck and even body is having small brown dots. After every few days there's a new brown dot which looks like a deep brown mole. As slightly visible in the photos... The brown dots are visible but it's way too many than the photos capture.
