Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since last two days there are red spots on my palm.they start sudden itching, redness when soap and water falls on them and after sometime they even disappear ,sometimes not even visible from naked eye ..plzz help me figure out what it is..

I am experiencing hives(little red bumps)when I sweat during exercise or running and it gets normal after 20 to 30 minutes, I am experiencing this from last 2 weeks , I want to know what is the cause for this ? I don't have any allergies. Thankyou

Im havig very small water filled pimple like allergy on all my left hand finegers..itching alot and redness.it increases when i wash dishes. When I was 13years old in my body parts (chest, Neck, upper arm, back) some type of skin patches of brown colour have come. In sunlight it itches so much. After scratching scurf comes. From, 11 year I am facing this problem. I had used karpin lotion also by which the patches disappear, but after sometime it comes again. Please, give me the appropriate solution of this problem.
