Hi I would like to know how to use NB UVB Light at home safely. Please suggest the number of uses per week would be safe. What would be the duration/time per usage can get the best result.

Which is the best prescribed sunscreen for oily acne prone skin as I have extremely oily skin and the sunscreens which I apply increase more of my oiliness.

Does the fungal infection can be treated permanently... And how does it occurs how to prevent it ... Do we have to follow any strict diet... I'm having fungal infection in between the thighs so can i get a completely recovery treatment for it..

I was suffering from urticaria from 2003 to 2010 which was cured then. Now again i got the same problem again from last 3 months. But now previous medicine(Cetirizine) is not working on me. Now i am using one tablet atarax 25mg and methyl predinisole 8mg for every 3 days. For upto 3 days it works on me. After 3 days  again i am getting severe rashesh and hives with itching.

I have noticed that there are warts on my face shoulder and legs like whole body and all are different type. Can you please suggest me what should I do .. numbers are increasing day by day
