Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Almost from 2 years I am having small pimples on my arms and thies. Sometimes they make itching after bath and at sleeping time. There is no side effect on my body but they are bad in looks. How to get rid of these? and Is there something to worry? I have attached photos for your reference.

My hair is falling a lot. Have lost most of my hair from middle and side. And have lots of dandruff. My skin on the scalp is really flaky and upon scratching it peels off and you can see white boundary(different color) in patches.. Also having lots of acne on my face and neck and shoulder, biceps.

I've been having a ring of dry skin under my mouth and that patch reduced few weeks back for home remedies but now it's back and it's darker than last time. None of the home remedies are working. I always use on cetaphil face wash for my face and nothing else. Because of this dry skin around my mouth, my cheeks are also getting very dry even after applying moisturiser. The region under my eyes becomes really dark when I go and perform daily activities. It makes my face look really tired and dull. The skin under my eyes is chicken-skin like and i have a fine wrinkle around it. What should I do for this? Which doctor should I consult for this?
