Redness Under My Nose

Hey doctor's, How are you guys doing, I hope good, I might need your help, So for few months I've redness under my nose, I've also been using Re'equil's Skin radiance cream, The derma 2% Kojic Acid face cream and Minimalist Tranexamic 3%+HPA face serum for melasma But I'm seeing no change, I've attached some images have a look at it and try to help me if you can. Thank you doctor's !!!
