Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been 4 weeks I am using Tretinoin cream for hyperpigmentation issue, instead of getting positive results, I am seeing darker complexion on my face and neck.Wanted to know if this darkness will fade with time.

My husband has this skin itchiness and rashness from yesterday after applying volini spray in between the back side of the knee . And small rashes like prickly heat appear. Is it because of volini spray or just a prickly heat? And what is the best cream to apply.

Hi i am facing the issue of very minute red bumps/pimples like skin on both upper arms and near shoulder since last 3-4 years I have tried many moisturizers but they dont go away rather i feel they are increasing, cant wear sleeveless due to this. please suggest treatment

I had a surgery for Pilonidal Sinus in 2018. 2019 onwards I have been getting these pus and blood filled bumps on a few regions such as one at the back of my thigh which eventually drained completely and scarred and caved in, a few around the groin area, some of which still ooze out pus when pressed every now and then and a small one which was near my left armpit. I understand googling through is a behaviour doctors despise rightfully so but I can't help but wonder if this is HS (Hidrodenitis Suppuritiva?) and I would appreciate some insight.
