Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, i recently had to test my serum Imminoglobulin-E level when i visited a pulmonologist for asthma. And my IgE is at 3000. I also have Psoriasis on my fingers of hand and soles and ankle of feet. Can someone suggest me good medicine for reducing the antibody IgE, and lower my allergies level? Is levocetrizine helpful?

I am having flaky skin behind ears when i touch there it feels like small small peeled up skin.. why is this happening, what should I do? And the ear redness there, is that common or something else? I don't have itching or burning, just the flaky skin over there... Attached pictures of both the ears.

Hi, I am going thru heavy hairfall these days.Please help me to sustain my remaining hairs. I have oily scalp and very thin hairs. I have got baldness on temples and frontal hairline.   I shampoo my hairs daily without oiling as if I don't do shampoo one day, my scalp gets itchy.     Should I use conditioner too after shampoo?    Should I use Hair oil or not. If yes then, how many times a week? I used minoxidil 1 year back for 15 days which led to more hairfall, so I stopped using it. I am too frustrated with this hairfall now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

I recently noticed a yellowish discoloration in my big teo nail of my right leg. There is no pain as such. Today i tried to trim that yellowish part using my nail cutter just to see what exactly is happening. After trimming what i mostly see is that nail has grown thick. Initially I thought that it is just some nail issue and it is nothing serious. But now I am not so sure. Is this something that can be treated at home?

Doctor, I'm having itching all over body for more than a month.. Though I took dermatologist advice but he suggested to be a mite bite..
