My 3 fingers of both the hands feel uneven like it's an lump it can be feel only by touching it is not visible with the naked eye what can be the cause ?

If you are feeling swelling and uneven texture of fingers on touching , if it’s hard to touch then it can be bony origin . If it’s soft then it can be soft tissue growth.

USG local + Doppler or X-ray hand may be needed to rule out underlying abnormalities if not visible to eyes .
