Skin on the finger tips are thickening

Asked for Male, 30 Years

All of sudden the skin on finger tips are becoming thicker and kind off dry. It's happening for both hand & foot fingers. I used to have very soft finger tips earlier. Skins are so thick that I have to shape them. In general I have oily skin.
