How to treat black spot under skin on finger

Hi I am 32 year old male. 2 days back I had my skin of the finger pinched between the door. It was a very small part so I ignored it. Yesterday I noticed a black spot on that part of the finger. This spot was under the skin. Was it due to blood clot or it may be any other reason?

its most likely just blood spot which will reduce eventually. dipping in warm saline can help
