Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi my husband got some sort of infection a boil or sore reddish type on skin, exactly where we wear spects and mask, but only on one side, we thought it is due to mask or spects but it came only on one side and it's not even going off since one month, do we need to use any ontiments for it, as he in usa now on project work he cant even go to doctor visit due to some situations, can you share your valuable information. He is facing this since 1 month, its nothing serious right because in texas they are giving only emergency appointments he can't go now, would like to consult here.
